OAH business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except for legal holidays. All correspondence should include the case name, OAH case number and hearing date.

* When a State holiday occurs on a Saturday or Sunday, the holiday is observed on the Friday before or the Monday after the actual holiday, respectively.

** Effective October 1, 2008, the holiday that occurs the day after Thanksgiving Day will be called American Indian Heritage Day in accordance with House Bill 83, 2008 General Assembly Session.

*** The New Year's Day holiday for 2011 will be observed in the 2010 calendar year because the holiday occurs on a Saturday.
